Ladies suits are the most preffered ethnic wear nowadays. These are available in various styles like ladies salwar suits, ladies churidar suits, ladies anarkali suits, ladies parallel suits. These are available in the most attractive color combinations and designs.




Ladies Salwar Suits




Ladies salwar suit is the most ancient ethnic wear that Indian women prefer. But nowadays these salwar suits are coming with various attractive designs, colors and styles. These salwar suits are now changed to short kurti with patiala salwar that is most commonly wear in Punjabi culture. The Patiala salwar gives an outstanding look to the salwar with many pleats. These are in the combination of light shade kurti and dark color salwar, plain white kurti and printed salwar that gives a marvelous look to the salwar.

Nowadays there is also a trend of embroidered salwar with the kurti. It may be beaded embroidery, net work, crochet work, silk embroidery and many more.

Ladies Churidar Suits



Ladies churidar suits are preferred as both ethnic as well as modern wear because these are coming in various styles and designs. The designs and fashion of ladies churidar suits changes daily. An era back these churidar suits were wore with short and tight kurti without side slits. But that fashion again comes back and girls are preferring them. These churidar suits are now designed with combination of plain kurti and printed churidar, embroidered kurti and plain churidar. Even the churidar is also coming with designs like embroidery , net work, dori work in the bottom.

Nowadays the churidar suits are coming with long, straight kurtis having long slits. These kurtis are worked heavily with beads.

Ladies Frock Suits



These ladies frock suits are latest in the fashion if we talk about ladies suits. These are so beautifully designed  with the bright combinations and fabric that gives an attractive look to the suits. These frock suits are comes up with cut sleeves, 3/4th sleeves, full sleves, churidar sleeves and net sleeves having embroidery over them. These suits are not come up with long dupattas instead they have stoles with them because the suits are already too heavy. 

These ladies frock suits are available in various fabrics like satin, chiffon, soft net, georgette and cotton. These suits are long enough that they touches the knees. Only an small porting of churidar is visible in the bottom that gives anarkali look to the suit.

Ladies Embroidered Suits



Ladies embroidered suits are the most elegant ladies wear. These suits are embroidered using various material like silk thread, beads, sequins work, kundan shell work and many more. In India there are various kind of embroideries which are carried out by different states.

In India besides changing language and water from one state to another there is one thing that changes is regional embroidery. These embroideries are known by the names of those particular states like:

  • Kashmiri Embroidery - The Kashmiri embroidery is quite popular. It takes months to complete thread work on one suit or shawl. Artisans stitch decorative motifs of birds, maple leaves, and other decorative designs. The most popular form of thread work is the chain stitch that is done on shawls and clothes.
  • Jaipuri Embroidery - Jaipuri embroidery is a mirror work emboiderey which is deigned over bandhej design.
  • Lucknow Chikan Embroidery -  Lucknow Chikan Embroidery is the most delegant and famous embroidery all over India and even Globally. The history of Chikan work is not definite and different people have different assumptions and beliefs regarding the same. Chikan work is basically the work of floral and flowers over the cloths. 
  • Gujrati Embroidery : Aari Embroidery is the most popular emboidery which is carry out with silk threads using a hook in Kutch, Gujrat. The designs found commonly are, dancing peacocks, human figures in dancing postures and other delicate and definitive forms.
  • West Bengal Embroidery : Kantha embroidery is a popular type of embroidery in the Bengal region of India. It has always been popular amongst rural women who keep the tradition of this special craft alive.
  • Manipur Embroidery : This area has a unique type of embroidery that uses one stitch, in deference to the weavers in the area. This is done in dark matching shade with untwisted silk thread on the border of the phanek (a lungi or lower body wrap worn by women).

Alongwith the above states there are many other states whose embroideries are very popular like Andhra, Bihar, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana.
